What is the application fee?
The application fee is $55 for each applicant 18 years of age or older.

What deposit is required?
A $300 holding deposit may be required during the leasing process. Additional security deposit requirements may vary based on the apartment home and application.

Are Housing Choice Vouchers accepted?
Yes. Housing Choice Vouchers, including Section 8, are accepted.

RESIDENT SERVICES

Is there an online resident portal?
Yes. Residents can use the LOFT portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, review account balances, and access community updates.
